Serbia is the first champion of the summer 2021

Beograd, Serbia, July 03, 2021. 2021 U19 Balkan Championship - Women came to an end with the victory of hosts Serbia.

In the only pool of the tournament, Serbia and Turkey reached the last day undefeated. In the decisive match, Serbian team did not let Turkey to play its own game and controlled the day from start to finish. Thanks to a straight sets victory against Turkey, Serbia stayed in the top of the standings and clinched the championship without dropping a set. Meanwhile, Montenegro won the bronze medal.

Vanja Savic from Serbia is selected as the MVP of the 2021 U19 Balkan Championship - Women.
