Moldova and Romania teams winners of U20 Men and Women Beach Volley Balkan Championship in Romania

Sergiu Plamadeala / Dmitri Romanov from Moldova and Alexia Bradatan / Ioana Miu from Romania are winners of U20 Men & Women Beach Volleyball Balkan Championship 2022 which was held in last weekend in Sighetu Marmatiei, Romania.

Alexia Bradatan / Ioana Miu (team Romania 3) won 1st place in the women’s competition of U20 Beach Volleyball Balkan Championship 2022 after they defeated Natasa Cukic / Nadia Cukic (team Serbia 1) 2:0 (21:16, 21:17) in the final match.

In the match for the 3rd place, Jana Jovanovic / Ivona Golic (team Serbia 2) defeated Alexandra Keresztesi/ Bianca Culda (team Romania 1) 2:1 (21:15, 9:21, 16:14) and won bronze medal.

In the men’s competition, 1st place won Sergiu Plamadeala / Dmitri Romanov from team “Moldova 1” after they defeated Sacit Kurt / Ahmet Can from “Turkey 1” team 2:1 (22:20, 16:21, 15:13) in the final match.

Ștefan Anton / Stelian Milcica (team Romania 1) defeated Bahadir Uktu Kesgin / Furkan Ramazan Kaplan  (team Turkey 2) 2:1 (23:21, 14:21, 15:10) in the match for the 3rd place.

U20 WOMEN RESULTS:

3rd place match: Serbia (2) – Romania (1) 2:1 (21:15, 9:21, 16:14)

Semifinal 1: Serbia (1) – Serbia (2) 2:0 (21:12, 21:11)

Semifinal 2: Romania (1) – Romania (3) 0:2 (15:21, 9:21)
