U17M: Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria and Finland in semifinals

Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria and Finland (NEWZA) will play in the semifinals of 1st round of BVA Zonal Qualifications for the U17 Volleyball European Championship 2023.

For the semifinals, in pool B celebrated Greece and Serbia and in pool A Bulgaria.

Last day of the pool phase, Greece beat Turkiye 3:1 (30:32, 25:22, 25:18, 25:23). Konstantinos Stavros Mouchlias was the best player with 35 points in celebratory team. İsmail Ayranci was the best in the Turkish team with 16 points.

Serbia was better than England 3:0 (25:23, 25:13, 25:12). Aleksa Skoric won 13 points for Serbia, while Cayde Keates won 6 points for England.

In the last match of Friday, Bulgaria defeated Romania 3:0 (25:15, 25:18, 25:17). Zhasmin Velichkov won 12 points for Bulgarian team. Ioan Verciuc, George Patrick Erdes and Stefan Liviu Catalin for Romania were the best with 8 points.

Romania and England will play tomorrow as 3rd from pool A and 4th placed from pool B and winner will play match for 5th place against Turkiye on Sunday.
