On the 4th day of the qualifiers in Bulgaria, the national teams of Romania, Serbia, and Turkiye recorded victories.
Romania achieved their first win after defeating Greece in a five-set battle, 3:2 (25:22, 13:25, 25:17, 22:25, 15:11). The standout player on the court was Bianca Gabriela Cucu, who scored 33 points for the winning team, while Dorothea Christina Karagkouti won for Greece 22 points.
Serbia secured a maximum win over Bulgaria in just over an hour of play, 3:0 (25:10, 25:15, 25:22). Andjelija Tadić was the top scorer for Serbia with 16 points, followed by Isidora Jakovljević with 14 and Magdalena Mandić with 11 points.
In the final match of the fourth round, Turkiye triumphed over Montenegro and remained the only undefeated team, 3:0 (25:17, 25:16, 25:19). Turkiye was led to victory by Ecrin Selis Turkyasar and Halise Metin, who each scored 12 points. The match’s top scorer, however, was Klara Đukić from Montenegro with 13 points.
On the final day of the qualifiers, Serbia will face Romania, Greece will play against Montenegro, and Bulgaria will take on Turkiye.
