On the sidelines of the 47th CEV Congress in Milan, the Balkan Volleyball Association (BVA) held a meeting of its zonal association, bringing together representatives of all BVA member federations.
The meeting was chaired by BVA General Secretary Nilufer Shimonsky. Participants reviewed the activities carried out during 2026 and discussed plans for the competitions ahead.
Members were also informed that the BVA General Assembly will take place in January 2027, most likely in Athens. Further details on the date and venue will be announced in due course.
The meeting in Milan was another opportunity for the Balkan volleyball family to share experiences, strengthen cooperation and coordinate the next steps for the development of volleyball in the region.
