Bulgaria winner of the U17M Balkan Championship

The Bulgarian National team won the gold medal of the U17 Men Balkan Champion which was held in Tirana, the silver medal won Turkiye while the bronze medal won Serbia.

In the final match, Bulgaria defeated Turkiye 3:0 (26:24, 25:15, 25:16). Zhasmin Velichkov was the best in the winning team with 15 points, 13 won Petyo Ivanov. Berk Senturk won 8 points for the Turkish team.

Serbia defeated Romania 3:2 in the match for 3rd place and won the bronze medal. Aleksa Bogoslavljevic was the best in the winning team with 22 points, while in the Romanian team, the best were Stefan Liviu Catalin with 23 points and George Patric Verdas with 22 points.

In the match for 5th place, North Macedonia beat Albania 3:1 (25:19, 20:25, 25:13, 25:20). Toche Efremov led the Macedonian team to victory with 21 points in Albanian team Bjorni Sejdini was the best with 12 points.

Individual awards:

The MVP of the U17 Men Balkan Championship was Petyo Ivanov from Bulgaria.

The best setter of U17 Men Balkan Championship was Mehmet Akarsu from Turkiye.

The best middle blocker of U17 Men Balkan Championship was Han Abdyl Vahap from Turkiye.

The best outside hitter of the U17 Men Balkan Championship was Patric Verdes from Romania.

The best opposite of the U17 Men Balkan Championship was Zhasmin Velichkov from Bulgaria.

The best libero of the U17 Men Balkan Championship was Dimitar Dobrev from Bulgaria.

The Fer play team was of U17 Men Balkan Championship was Albania.
