Serbia is winner of the U21W Balkan Championship

The winner of the U21W Balkan Championship is Serbia! Second place won Turkiye and 3rd place won Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Serbia won first place after they defeated Turkiye 3:1 in the last game of pool.  the best in the winning team was Anja Zubić with 18 points, while in the Turkish team was Miraj Guzubuyuk with 17 points.

Bosnia and Herzegovina won 3rd place after they beat Albania 3:0 and achieved the second victory in the group. Mina Buljubasic won 15 points and led Bosnia and Herzegovina to the bronze medal, and 11 won Kejda Kodra in the Albanian team.

Individual awards:

The MVP of the U21 Women Balkan Championship was Ksenija Tomić from Serbia.

The best setter of U21 Women Balkan Championship was Arslanap Ozge from Turkiye.

 The best middle blocker of  U21 Women Balkan Championship was Ema Klopić from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The best outside hitter of the U21 Women Balkan Championship was Una Vajagić from Serbia.

The best opposite of the U21 Women Balkan Championship was Miray Guzubuyuk from Turkiye.

The best libero of the U21 Women Balkan Championship was Anxhela Mehmeti from Albania.

The best fair play player of the U21W Balkan Championship was Amina Halilović from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

U21W: Montenegro and Serbia achieved victories in today’s matches

The matches today ended with maximum victories in favor of Montenegro and Serbia, while Turkiye had a day off. Tomorrow is the last and decisive day of the tournament.

Montenegro celebrated a 3:0 (25:20, 25:16, 25:22) victory against Albania and concluded their participation in the competition with a win. Serbia continued its winning streak, defeating Bosnia and Herzegovina 3:0 (25:17, 25:13, 25:12) in the fourth round. Therefore, tomorrow at 18h (local time), they will face Turkiye for the gold, which is also undefeated.

U21W: Third victory for Turkiye, first one for Bosnia and Herzegovina

The third day of the U21 Balkan Championship in Brcko has concluded.  Turkiye and Bosnia and Herzegovina secured victories, while Serbia had a day off in the tournament.

Bosnia celebrated a win after four sets against Montenegro 3:1 (12:25, 25:19, 25:14, 25:18) and recorded their first victory in the tournament.

Turkiye defeated Albania 3:0 (25:15, 25:15, 25:5) after an hour of play.  Gozubuyuk with 12 points led her team to victory while Kodra from the Albanian team scored 11 points.

U21 W: Türkiye and Serbia continued successfully

After second day of the U21W Balkan Championship in Brcko, the National teams of Türkiye and Serbia continued their winning streak.

In the first match of the day, Turkiye defeated Montenegro after four sets 3:1 (25:16, 25:14, 22:25, 25:16). In the winning team, the best was Miraj Gozobuyuk with 18 points, on the other side 10 points were won Kristina Bozovic and Nevena Vukcevic.

Serbia won easily against Albania 3:0 (25:12, 25:3, 25:13) and achieve a second victory.  Nevena Sajic was the best player in the Serbian team with 13 points, Kejda Kodra won 8 points for Albania.
