Earlier this week, Luka BAR claimed the women’s Montenegrin Super Cup title for the first time, defeating OK HERCEG NOVI 3-1 (25-22, 25-16, 20-25, 25-17) in this year’s final. This victory marks the team’s first win over their biggest domestic rivals in three seasons and sets the stage for an exciting battle in the upcoming EPCG Super League.
Captain Dijana Vuković made a remarkable comeback, scoring an impressive 23 points, while national team player Teodora Čavić contributed 19 points. Middle blocker Aleksandra Šćekić also reached double digits with 12 points. Maša Dragojević added eight, Andjela Kukobat scored seven, and Tijana Tvrdišić finished with two points to her name.
The trophy for the Super Cup winners was presented by Nikola Kažić, President of the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro (OSCG). The gold medals were awarded to the Luka BAR players by Ana Martinović, Director of Communications, Marketing and Institutional Cooperation at Eagle Hills Montenegro, and Dušan Masoničić, President of the Board of Directors of the Port of Bar.
Dijana Vuković was named Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match, and the award was presented by Ksenija Božović, Director of Women’s National Teams at OSCG.
Silver medals were given to the players and coaching staff of OK HERCEG NOVI by Nevena Terzić and Petar Vukčević, members of the OSCG Board of Administration. The finalist’s plaque was presented to team captain Melisa Cenović by Ivan Bošković, OSCG Secretary General.
Awards were also presented to the match officials: supervisor Ana Ivanović, and referees Jelena Mitrović and Slobodan Kovačević, by Nikola Pješčić, OSCG Competitions Director.

Special recognitions were awarded to Ana Ivanović and Sonja Simonovska, international referee, for representing Montenegrin Volleyball at the Women’s World Championship in Thailand and the 2025 CEV Women’s Champions League Final Four, respectively.
