Kusadasi, Turkey, September 19, 2021. Turkish team AYDIN Büyükşehir Belediyespor crowned as the champion of 2021 BVA Cup – Women and booked its place in the 2022 CEV Challenge Cup – Women.
In the final game of the tournament, the hosting team faced Ok Jedinstvo STARA PAZOVA from Serbia. AYDIN Büyükşehir Belediyespor defeated its opponent in straight sets and won the championship without dropping a set. CSO VOLUNTARI 2005 finished the tournament in third place thanks to a win against Aris THESSALONIKI.
Kusadasi, Turkey, September 18, 2021. After second day action of the 2021 BVA Cup – Women, pool phase has come to an end. Hosts AYDIN Büyükşehir Belediyespor dominated Pool A thanks to two consecutive straight sets victories. In Pool B, Ok Jedinstvo STARA PAZOVA faced Aris THESSALONIKI once more. Serbian team Ok Jedinstvo STARA PAZOVA defeated its opponent two days in a row and gained the leadership.
Katowice, Poland, September 18, 2021. Member federations came together during the BVA meeting held in Katowice, on the eve of the XLII CEV General Assembly, on September 17. BVA Vice President Mr. Zoran Gajic, Secretary General Nilüfer Başak Shimonsky and representatives of the member federations attended the meeting along with CEV Vice President Lubor Halanda.
